We help preserve the valuable resources by working with vendors to assure
the best cost efficient and sustainable product use. Our main focus when designing or restoring a project is to give our client's the knowledge of leadership in energy and environmental design.

Buildings can be considered Certified at 40-49 points; Silver, 50-59 points;
Gold, 60-79 points; or Platinum, at 80+ points. There are also a total of 10
bonus points available, four of which address regionally specific environmental issues such as a project's proximity to public transportation, and the use of any renewable energy.
